MASTER PLAN DESIGN

The project is a solution and an alternative of inclusion for people with motor disabilities (principally). The structural and compositive innovation of the building, as well as its immediate context and its social practices, determine the synergies and dynamics of the design.

Universal design principles

Ecological and economic architecture

Sensible focus of human being

Collective construction and citizen ethics

PANELS OF PRESENTATION

The project consists of multi-use housing. It starts from sea containers as the constructive model, without missing that humans represent the principal actor of the design. The people with motor disabilities have the principal focus, in order to respond to their needs, through a sensible analysis of human anthropology. The project "Transformable architecture for the human being" pretends to respond to the social inclusion by generating alternatives and solutions for its users. The aim is that people interact with the project with a participative effort on the collective construction of his own territory, making of it a sensitization towards human ethics thanks to the appropriation that the contribution with their own territory offers.

This design is based on showing a methodology and a project capable of depicting ecological and economic architecture by using containers. It is possible by taking the principal point as an understanding of human beings. By making a special emphasis on people who are in the condition of motor disability, based on the 7 principles of the universal design, the disposition of habitat with a mixture of activities is being framed and the ecological urbanism towards citizen practices and collective territory construction is approached.
