Pescaito presents an isolated phenomenon with respect to Santa Marta city, a situation that is translated into the absence of attention to the population needs and the impossible task of maintaining a communicative flow with the historic center of the city and port area. Likewise, there are constant floods, lack of green zones, drug trafficking and sexism, which account for the need to implement a multidimensional urban development project.  

We serve the social, cultural and environmental spheres, including the civil society, public and private sectors, in order to promote participation and collective construction at the moment of making decisions for the management of the project.
