That is why every year, Perkins and Will release this internal competition. Now in its 17th year, the competition provides the chance to collaborate with colleagues near and far in pursuit of design excellence.

The project is located in West Village, New York, a landmarked neighborhood with stunning blocks composed of brownstones, townhomes, low-rise multifamily buildings, tree-lined streets, a warehouse past, and quaint shops and cafes. This is also a neighborhood where the high prices of real state and a solitary living lifestyle, systematically define a need for an inclusive solution.
