The objective of this competition for us was the development of an integral, transformative, and sustainable urbanistic project of the antique residential, industrial and logistic area in Curundu's district in Panama's city. 

The project's synthetic form establishes a network of intertwined complex disciplinary actions creating an individual and singular act through the buildings and their social areas. The search for a new kind of habitat, independent of its insertion in an existing urban structure that in a past moment responded to a reality already overcome becomes the overall purpose of the design.
